First, I hope everyone has a great December month!
Now to business: Christmas / New Year is traditionally a very difficult time to get raids and larger activities going. Nevertheless we are going to try. To help with this, please try and state your absences in the absences forum to the best of your ability and use the planner to indicate availability for the events we do try to organise. Yes, we're probably going to see a few events where we wont have enough people. However we're giving it a shot anyway.
I'd expect things to return to a 'normal' level early January, after Christmas and New Year (and the drunken stupor that comes with that) have passed.
Meanwhile, try to help by organising 3 & 6-mans, helping people who are a little behind on schedule (both with information on the forums and in-game) and by generally trying to ensure you let people know about your availability. I can't stress enough how important the latter part is.
