As I've made the decision to quit altogether and this eventually leads to me also passing the guild on. I feel the people who put the effort and loyalty in should be the ones at least having some benefit from the guild bank and not some bunch of random social members following in our footsteps.

All the guild bank items gained by or for raiding, will all be sold over the coming days/weeks. After this I will [b:bfb48ef452]spread the earnings[/b:bfb48ef452] from this big sale over the people [b:bfb48ef452]*I* feel deserve it[/b:bfb48ef452].

I will use a system involving stats from the raid tool / attendance and judgment to determine the percentage of the guild bank each individual should receive, and will send or give this to people in a few weeks once most sales are completed.

Long-term members who raided frequently will therefore see the most out of it. Short-term members or people who left the guild in a negative manner will not see anything.

All guild sales will be handled by Kaets, as he isn't involved in any personal Auctions. (Vindicta sells all my personal items) You are free to look at the AH for Kaets. :)

Really hard to tell. It depends on how many people I identify should have a piece, and how much you are entitled to in comparison to those people. I'd anticipate people such as Ben or Kevin to have a reasonable share, where for example Kalyla would have a smaller share. This reflects their time spent in the guild, amount of times raided and their current rank in the guild.

Nothing. I will copy the memberslist at the moment of the guild's collapse in Excel, then cross reference these people with the raid tool, yadi yadi. You will receive gold if you are entitled to it within about 2 weeks.

The above only applies to people who, at the time of writing, still had their raid toon guilded. I can't be arsed tracking you if you didn't and frankly if you jump overboard so quickly then you have to face the consequences. It's not even been a week yet.

I've compiled a list in Excel of people entitled to a share of the guild bank. This might still need some tweaking but so far I am pleased with how it came out, it reflects the guild pretty well.

Anyone can [b:4a938c312e]opt out[/b:4a938c312e] if they desire. (Some people might have a reason not to want any of it) Simply reply here and your share will be erased, thus raising everyone else their share accordingly.
[b:4a938c312e]Note[/b:4a938c312e]: You are more then welcome to donate your share to somebody else. Please reply stating you wish to opt out in favour of another person and I will erase you and add your share to that person. This doesn't really cost me any extra effort at this point.

This is listed in the order at the time of writing and might change as a result of opt-outs (or people I add manually..): Below Kongfjong the share starts to drop to quite small figures.

Once again apologies but if you left the guild already then it's too much of a hassle to track you - imo if you left the guild this quickly you shouldn't be entitled to a share anyway.

hej.. thx for putting me up for something, how much or little it is, but I dont realy need anything, so if you know of someone in the guild that still dont have epic flying mount or need for something else, then give it to them..

Kevin (Bighorn) for his efforts as MT & the costs he endured as such.
Ben (Uthegental) just always, always, always there for the guild.
Marcus (Minikarlsson) for his heroic efforts of trying to save the guild.
Marc (Ythyn) because he is a poor bastard.

:P Tbh I could think of reasons for most people on the list but before I get all soppy and Paladin (girly/emo) on you guys, I will just stop right there :D

There are some people who would like to stay together and keep things going, regardless of 25-man action or not. The fact that you don't doesn't mean the rest can't. I realise you are dissapointed/sad but at least be positive towards the people who want to keep NNM going, or are making an attempt to do so. Otherwise you diminish what they stand for and put into this.
