Not a heavy forum user? No time or ability to check the forums regularly? Want to stay up-to-date in an easier way?
This is no longer a problem with the new feature we've just installed: NNM Forum Digests.
Forum Digests are optional e-mails sent to members periodically with summary of posts made on the NNM forums. Some features include;
- Full control in your User Control Panel to subscribe and un-subcribe with a single click.
- Daily, Weekly, or Monthly Digests.
- For daily digests, you choose which hour of the day to receive your digest.
- Choice of 5 different formats, so there's always a format your e-mail client supports.
- Full post length, or excerpts. You can set any maximum length per post you desire, allowing you to fully tweak the size of the digests.
- Ability to specify maximum number of posts in the digest.
- Ability to specify which forums you want digests from, so you can exclude forums you are not interested in. (Some people might visit regularly and be only interested in the news and announcements)
- Ability to select all new posts, only first post of a new topic, or only bookmarked topics for inclusion in the digests.
- Ability to set the minimum number of words required for inclusion in the digests. This can get rid of posts which only thank someone or are general short messages.
- Ability to not get e-mailed any posts made before you last visited. (E.g. only get e-mailed posts from after you last visited)
- Ability to exclude your own posts from the digests.
- Ability to exclude posts made by people you've set as foes.
- Ability to include your new private messages.
- Ability to customise the sort order.
- Ability to update your last visit time stamp, so reading your digests counts as visiting the guild portal.

Head over to your User Control Panel now! Most options and settings are clearly labelled, so hover your mouse over them. Make sure to look at all four categories in the Digests tab!
