- Want to join NNM because i've met Vindicta in EM and after that checked you guys a little and was impressed by your achievements in such short time, in which I would like to compete. Also I like long term relationships, I've been in Strijders van Lotro, which is now known as Order of the Dutch Lion for a very long time, but I think they standing still a bit now.

Thank you for your application I'll just make a few additional questions and comments which will help us understand more about you as a player and person. If you provide some additional information on those, that would be great.

After that, I suggest you contact me when you see me come in-game this evening and we'll talk through the process in more detail. In essence we are happy to give you a trial. I suggest we have a chat on Ventrilo and go through the process, etc.

Just for clarity, is this your "Main" character? I mainly asked as most people have their professions on maximum after a period of time, as this is very useful within an active group.

Don't forget debuffing, by far the most valuable and important role of a Burglar.

Can you elaborate on this one? Are there any days you cannot make?
What time would be too late? Obviously we have to ensure there is some compatibility in terms of raids. During the week we attempt to not make things too late, but on Friday/Saturday things can, and usually will, go on a bit longer.

Great reason to want to join us. Hehe, on a more serious note, I'll ask you to go in more detail on this when we speak in person. Everyone has a certain perception of other guilds and this isn't always a direct match to reality. So I'd like to ensure you roughly know what to expect / not to expect before you make the decision to join as a new recruit.

How willing are you to receive constructive criticism, tips on gear improvements, etc. Some people get a bit offended, others find it a great way to improve. How do you feel about feedback on things such as traits, gear, skill rotation, etc?
Again important to ask as I play a Burglar myself and tend to be quite heavy into looking at these things and finding ways to improve in my role and ability to contribute to a group.

Think I've done a late-night run to 16th Hall with this guy, where I got my rad piece. Not really paid attention to his playstyle as I was testing a new trait build of my own.

These are quite some questions, but I'll try to answer them to truthfulness, to give you guys a better idea.
Yes Ythyn, I got you your shoulders, I was leading fs, was good run.

1. Crafting is my worst enemy in-game, but going to work on crafting soonish.
2. Absolutely forgot debuffing, but forgot coz im debuffing automatically throughout the fight.
3. Kin I'm in now all oldies, and they not experiencig anything concerning me being young, pretty grown up I guess.
4. Have been in Dutch kin for a long time, experiencing a lot, but I like the meeting of different cultures too.
5. I got my homework and all to do, when I'm done with that I can come on in evenings. In weekends I'm on from 20 to 22 GMT+1 at all times, just ideal for me, but can make it later if needed for the raid, no problem.
6. Might sound strange to some people, but I love criticism, I understand I'm not the only player on the server, and there are far better once for sure, but I want to improve myself (and others), and that can only be done when you help eachother, on whatever aspect of the game it might be.
7. My playing style is relaxed, if I may say that about myself, but I think you will get most far when you're taking time for something. I love everything I haven't done before and enjoy big raids:)
