With the new Ventrilo version, the officer channel no longer needs a password. Instead, specific users have access at all times so you HAVE to log in under your officer account in order to get in.
This means that your username (your main character) is protected on Ventrilo and requires a unique password. As long as you are an officer, you should login to Ventrilo using that username and password, or you will not be able to join the officer channel or make use of other features available.

All officers have priority joining, meaning a lower ranked person gets booted off the server to make room for you if we ever get full - thereby preventing hostile take-overs and such.
