Nemo Nisi Mors

Due to the influx in rather gross spam and porn on our forum, I've made the following changes:

1. Registered users can no longer reply to announcements - you HAVE to be in the NNM or NNM Officer usergroup.

2. All officers are now moderator on all other public forums, please if you do see spam / porn delete the post immediately and sent me a private message notifying me of the deletion and the username of the person who posted it so I can ban them.
If you have the information please also sent the IP address, if not then no big deal as they use fake IPs in most cases anyway.
