Officer Rules

Postby Abishai » Sun Dec 30, 2007 12:21 pm

All officers are subject to a few more rules then 'normal' members. These rules include, but are not limited to, the following:

[list:addc2e3350]
[*:addc2e3350]Officer Chat, Officer Forums and Officer Channel on vent are [b:addc2e3350]PRIVATE[/b:addc2e3350] and [b:addc2e3350]CONFIDENTIAL[/b:addc2e3350]. Anything said or discussed there is for officer eyes and ears only. Relaying anything from any of those to non-officers can lead to immediate removal as officer.
This is especially important for officers with (rl) friends in the guild! Officers should be able to freely discuss people in officer places, without things getting relayed to those people.
[*:addc2e3350]Officers are to act as an example to their class and the guild, so act mature and polite at all times. (Especially to people not in our guild!)
[*:addc2e3350]Openly questioning guild policies is stricly againsts the rules. You can bring such things up on the officer forums or speak with me directly. Officers openly argueing with one another is simply not constructive.
[*:addc2e3350]Stay up-to-date on your class and share this information with the class members.
[*:addc2e3350]Moderate and be the driving force behind the class forums of your class.
[*:addc2e3350]Do not, under ANY circumstances share your officer login to the guild portal, ventrilo or game with random people. If we find out somebody else is on an officer account without us having prior knowledge, you can and probably lose your officer rank or even be guild kicked.
