There are a number of things that we need to have to make sure we are being the best lock we can for raids. Supplies, gems, enchants and gear (inc rep items)
First off, unless you have some crazy reason to go aldor (which you won't) the items from scyer offer significant spell hit [item]Scryer's Bloodgem[/item]
So items that we, as locks can get without too much work and luck from bosses.
The order to consider your priorities:
Spell Hit (202 is the cap, break it) > Spell Dmg (1000 unbuffed shadow dmg - not even with fel armor!) > Spell Crit/Haste (12%)
[u:446954eeb1]Suppression[/u:446954eeb1] - with 5 points in this affliction talent you add 120 spell hit to whatever you see on your character screen, this needs to be adjusted down as your hit increases, allowing for you to use more points elsewhere (e.g malediction, shadow embrace, cataclysm or Improved HS etc)

Right, once you've sorted those out, we can move onto the enchants that are available for the gear that you are using
Gloves - Spell Hit (unless you are way over cap - which you are not so stam enchants here are not acceptable)
Bracers - Spell Dmg
Chest - +6 All Stats
Cloak - Subtlety
Shoulders - Scyer Inscription of the Orb (see above)
Legs - Runic Spellthread - 35 Dmg
Feet - Boars Speed or 12 Stamina

The following two gems should be your standard gems in gear until you start to Spell Hit cap limit
